The ZEPPELIN Under Quilt is your go-to solution for serious hammock insulation — warm, reliable, and built to handle cold nights with ease.
We use 10 dual-differential cut chambers to allow maximum loft and thermal performance. Each chamber is strategically overstuffed with 130% RDS-certified UltimaDOWN, maintaining even distribution and minimizing shifting. Smaller chambers mean better down control, less migration, and more consistent warmth throughout the night.
The outer shell is finished with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating, protecting your insulation from condensation and moisture.

Warranty
UGQ Outdoor LLC warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for the lifetime of the product. If a warranty claim is validated, we will repair, replace or refund, at our option, the damaged product. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, negligence or after-market modifications.
Lifetime of the product means the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials of the warrantied product. Materials and components wear out, deteriorate and fade over time, depending on the products exposure to the elements and how the product is used and cared for. Our warranty does not cover products that fail or are damaged due to wear and tear.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include return shipping to our location.
Repairs arising from abuse or neglect of the product (e.g., torn fabric or rot caused by improper storage) will be done at reasonable rates. We will provide you with an emailed estimate of the details of the necessary repairs, as well as the estimated cost, before any repair is performed.Reviews

I used the underquilt the day before yesterday while camping in a hammock in the snow. It was designed to keep air out of both ends, so I was able to stay very warm. I would recommend it to everyone.

I used the underquilt this weekend, 2/7/25, in Michigan. The temp outside was roughly 20 degrees and I was comfortable through the night. The concern/issue that I have is that my backpacking hammock is an REI Quarter Dome Air Hammock and the underquilt is too short for hammock. This issue will require me to make some adjustments to the set up. I made the assumption when I ordered the product that it would cover my hammock. The product is well made, I should have made the inquiry before the purchase.

I wish there were better instructions or a video that was up to date on my quilt. And it seemed like a long time before it was made. I would have considered a stock underquilt had I known It was going to require as much time as mine did. I think it is a high quality product and I am happy with the end result.
