We only send out a few newsletters a year, we will not bury you in weekly or monthly traffic. We don’t like it when it happens to us so we won’t do it to you. Sales and new product offerings are typically the only newsletter items you will receive.

The best manner of contact is via email, in fact, we have found that in most situations we can ultimately provide better service via email. Email will provide you with a detailed record of our reply for you to refer to. We typically reply to emails within one business day.
