UGQ Outdoor Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

By applying to and participating in the UGQ Outdoor Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of the program rules and expectations.

1. Program Overview

The UGQ Outdoor Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates for referring customers who purchase our outdoor gear through custom affiliate links. As an affiliate, you will earn 10% commission on each referred sale that is made through your unique affiliate link.

2. Application & Approval

All affiliate applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion. Only applications that align with UGQ Outdoor’s values and target audience will be approved. If you are approved, you will gain access to a personal affiliate dashboard to track visits, commissions, and payouts.

3. Tracking & Payouts

  • Tracking: The tracking cookie has a 30-day lifespan. This means you will receive credit for any sales made within 30 days of a customer's first visit through your affiliate link.

  • Commissions: You will earn 10% commission on every referred sale. Commission is calculated on the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any applied discounts.

  • Monthly Payouts: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis via your chosen payout method. Payouts will be processed by the 15th of each month.

  • Payment Methods: Payments will be sent via PayPal or another agreed-upon method.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If a customer cancels their order or returns their purchase within 30 days, the commission for that sale will be voided. Similarly, if the customer receives a refund, the associated commission will be deducted from your earnings.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are used correctly.

  • You agree to use ethical and lawful means to promote UGQ Outdoor products.

  • You agree not to make false claims about UGQ Outdoor products or its business.

  • You will not engage in any practices that could harm UGQ Outdoor’s reputation or brand.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time if we believe you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity. Any earned commissions will be paid out in accordance with our payout schedule unless your account is terminated due to violations.

7. Modifications

UGQ Outdoor reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email, and affiliates must acknowledge the updated terms to remain in the program.

8. Limitation of Liability

UGQ Outdoor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, USA.

10. Agreement

By submitting your application to the UGQ Outdoor Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
