Effective March 23, 2021 at 3:30 PM EST, all orders placed with UGQ OUTDOOR LLC and shipped via our carrier partners (USPS, UPS and FedEx) are sent via FOB Jackson, MI USA terms. FOB Jackson MI USA means that UGQ OUTDOOR LLC is not responsible for ANY lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
In order to protect your shipment from these events, we offer low-cost shipping protection for every order directly on the cart page. Simply follow the provided link, select the appropriate order value amount and add to your cart. Be sure to select the correct amount based on the contents of your cart. Amounts shown are in US Dollars.
If adding insurance to an existing order that has NOT shipped please be sure to include your original order number in the appropriate location.
By adding shipping protection to your order, you can be confident in knowing that should something happen during transit, your order will be 100% covered (including shipping costs).
The only things NOT covered by shipping protection are shown explicitly below:
If applicable Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, VAT, PST, HST, GST paid are NOT covered.
Customs delays, package seizure, or failure to pay customs duties that are due.
Incorrect or undeliverable address.

Warranty

UGQ Outdoor LLC warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for the lifetime of the product. If a warranty claim is validated, we will repair, replace or refund, at our option, the damaged product. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, negligence or after-market modifications.

Lifetime of the product means the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials of the warrantied product. Materials and components wear out, deteriorate and fade over time, depending on the products exposure to the elements and how the product is used and cared for. Our warranty does not cover products that fail or are damaged due to wear and tear.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include return shipping to our location.

Repairs arising from abuse or neglect of the product (e.g., torn fabric or rot caused by improper storage) will be done at reasonable rates. We will provide you with an emailed estimate of the details of the necessary repairs, as well as the estimated cost, before any repair is performed.
