All import duties and/or broker fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, as determined by your country’s import policies. Import duties and/or broker fees are not including in the price of shipping.

Effective March 23, 2021 at 3:30 PM EST, all orders placed with UGQ OUTDOOR LLC and shipped via our carrier partners (USPS, UPS and FedEx) are sent via FOB Jackson, MI USA terms. FOB Jackson MI USA means that UGQ OUTDOOR LLC is not responsible for ANY lost.

Please be advised that due to COVID-19 caused delays DOMESTIC orders may/will take longer than expected. An increase in package volume and a decrease in available labor at sorting facilities is causing additional delays. Tracking also may not be accurate due to this reduction in available labor at sorting facilities. A package will not be considered lost until 14 calendar days has elapsed from the last known tracking update for domestic order.

Please be advised that due to COVID-19 caused delays INTERNATIONAL orders can expect a long delay in shipping, with the reduction of international flights the volume of packages that can be moved daily by the system has been seriously reduced. An increase in package volume and a decrease in available labor at sorting facilities is causing additional delays. Tracking also may not be accurate due to this reduction in available labor at sorting facilities. A package will not be considered lost until 28 calendar days has elapsed from the last know tracking update for international order.

Please understand that we will require additional time to remake your order if you ordered a made to order item. If your order also included custom ordered materials this will require additional time to receive the materials in our shop.

Please remember that once an item has shipped we do not have any operational control over it’s timely delivery. We do request that if both packages arrive that you refuse delivery of the second package or notify us if delivery of the second package is accepted. As a small business the cost of replacement is expensive and the ability to recover one of the package helps us to absorb these costs.
