UGQ Outdoor Limited Lifetime Warranty

At UGQ Outdoor, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. That’s why we back our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll evaluate the best solution—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation. However, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, theft, improper care, misuse, negligence, or modifications made by anyone other than UGQ Outdoor. Any alterations will void the warranty.

“Lifetime” refers to the expected lifespan of the product’s fabrics, components, and materials. While wear and tear from regular use is not covered, we understand that materials naturally break down over time due to exposure and repeated adventures.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered under this warranty. If your gear needs repairs due to damage from use or neglect, we’re happy to help—service will be provided at a reasonable cost, with a clear estimate before any work begins.
