DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:

Any person using any UGQ Outdoor LLC product assumes personal responsibility for any and all damages or injuries of any kind which may result from the use of that product.  By purchasing or using products from UGQ Outdoor LLC, the user acknowledges the potential risks involved with the use of these products, and further agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, protect, and defend UGQ Outdoor LLC against any incident or action involving UGQ Outdoor LLC products.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Ordering goods from our website means that you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.  When placing an order with UGQ Outdoor LLC, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order.  We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.  All prices are shown in US Dollars.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

Dimensions are shown in inches and/or cm, weights are given in ounces and/or grams, and are approximate due to the nature of our manufacturing processes.  Please note that we may alter the specifications of our products from time to time; any changes will be indicated on the website.  Each product is handmade, and therefore unique; no two pieces will be exactly the same in every way.  While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, no liability is accepted for any perceived variations between the depiction on our website and the actual product.

ORDERING:

Products can be ordered from us using our online store.  Please go to the Online Shopping section of the website, and follow the on-screen instructions to add items to your order.  The order becomes binding when accepted by us.  Payment is due IN FULL when your order is placed.  Acknowledgment of orders will be sent via email.

PAYMENTS:

Our preferred payment method is PayPal.  Please note that, even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still process your order through PayPal, using the following method:  After adding all your items to your shopping cart, press the “Check Out” button.  You will be offered an option to check out via PayPal, or to check out as a “Guest,” using your credit or debit card.  Using the “Guest” check out, PayPal is simply acting as the card processing agent for your purchase.

DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING:

Quilts and tarps will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, and accessories will be sent by First Class Mail.  Shipments valued up to USD 100.00 will include Delivery Confirmation, and orders with a value of more than USD 100.00 will require a signature. Upon receipt of your delivery confirmation/signature, we will assume that your package was delivered according to the terms of the carrier’s shipping policy.  We do not offer shipping without a signature required for orders over USD100.00.  If you are not available to sign for your package, USPS will hold onto it for a maximum of 14 days, and you will have the option of picking it up in-person, or scheduling a re-delivery through USPS.  After the 14 days, they will return your package to us. If available from carrier, tracking numbers will be provided via email through PayPal.  Because shipping labels are printed through PayPal please ensure your address is correct in PayPal to avoid any delays or additional shipping costs in receiving your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Orders valued under USD 400.00 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and orders over USD 400.00 will be sent USPS Priority Mail.  All customs paperwork will be filled out in accordance with import/export laws.  All import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer, as determined by your country’s import laws. If available from carrier, tracking numbers will be provided via email through PayPal.  Because shipping labels are printed through PayPal please ensure your address is correct in PayPal to avoid any delays or additional shipping costs in receiving your order.

SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS:

We ship most of our quilts and tarps ‘Signature Required’. If you would prefer we ship to an alternate address, we need you to submit your request via email. You can email your address change request to sales@ugqoutdoor.com

CUSTOM ORDERS:

If you are interested in a quote for custom work, please contact us at sales@ugqoutdoor.com with your specifications.  We will respond to your request with an individualized quote based on the provided specs.  If we have any questions about your requirements, we will contact you via email.  Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date they were submitted.

GROUP DISCOUNTS:

We offer discounts for larger orders (exceeding US$2,000.00) that are shipped to a single address. This group discount only applies to non sale items, items that are on sale will not be counted towards the required total of US$2,000.00. Upon receipt of an order qualifying for this discount, we will issue a refund for 10% of the total purchase price, excluding shipping.  This discount ONLY applies to a single order being shipped to a single location — no exceptions.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

FAST TRACK QUILTS & TARPS: Orders for these items can not be canceled or modified once placed.

MADE TO ORDER QUILTS & TARPS: Orders for these items can be canceled within 72 hours of when the order was placed, and a full refund will be issued. After the initial 72 hours and before shipment, items can still be canceled and refunded, but the refund will be reduced by 5% of the item’s original purchase price and the cost of any special order materials such as custom printed fabrics or special order fabrics. Once your order has been placed in production it can not be canceled or modified for any reason.

MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED ORDERS:

It is your responsibility to inspect your order for both missing and damaged items in a timely manner. Any missing or damaged item must be reported to UGQ Outdoor LLC within 7 calendar days of delivery to file a claim. Items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion with UGQ Outdoor LLC covering all additional shipping costs. We will not be able to honor any claims for missing or damaged items if not reported within the 7 calendar day period allowed. Claims for missing or damaged items should be sent to sales@ugqoutdoor.com

RETURNS:

Returns of standard UGQ Outdoor LLC products are accepted for any reason based on the following:

Within 14 days of your order’s Ship Date for a Full Refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking charge to your method of payment or an in-store credit for the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the person making the return.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from UGQ Outdoor LLC.  All returns must be in their original, unused condition.  Upon receipt of your return, a refund for the purchase price less a 10% restocking charge will be issued to your original payment method or an in-store credit for the purchase price less a 5% restocking charge will be issued.

Between 14 days and 60 days from your order’s Ship Date for an in-store credit. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the person making the return.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from UGQ Outdoor LLC.  All returns must be in their original, unused condition.  Upon receipt of your return, an in-store credit will be issued to the person making the return to be applied to future purchases. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all products returned between 14 and 60 days from your order’s Ship Date.

After 60 days from your order’s Ship date we will not accept returned goods for any reason.

To return a product, you must email us at sales@ugqoutdoor.com with your request to return before mailing your product to us. You must mail your return within 7 days of the return approval. No returns will be accepted without an approval, or if the item was shipped more than 7 days after we approved your return. You can only return an item once per order. You must pay all shipping and handling charges. All returns must be in like new condition to be accepted. All returns must include a printed copy of your original order for identification.

If the return is made within the first 30 days from the Ship Date, and is due to an error on our part or a defect with the product, we will pay the return shipping costs.  We will also, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no additional expense to you.

Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason other than an error or defect in the product. Custom orders are defined as those items that have special request features, sizing, or fabrics that are not available for direct selection on our website.
