CUSTOM PRINTED FABRIC CONTENT:

At UGQ Outdoor, we highly value diversity and uphold a commitment to respect for others. In order to maintain an environment that avoids causing offense, we have established guidelines regarding custom printed fabrics. We do not permit fabrics that display shocking content or promote hatred, intolerance, discrimination, or violence. Given the evolving perspectives on appropriateness, we reserve the right to decline any image that we may deem inappropriate.

As of January 22, 2021, the following types of imaging are not allowed:

Imaging that incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
Imaging that harasses, intimidates, or bullies individuals or groups.
Imaging that threatens or advocates for physical or mental harm to oneself or others.
Imaging representative of political activist groups.
Imaging that exploits sensitive events with significant social, cultural, or political impact, such as civil emergencies, natural disasters, public health emergencies, terrorism, conflict, or mass acts of violence.
Imaging related to major health crises that contradicts authoritative scientific consensus.
Imaging containing violent language, gruesome or disgusting imagery, or graphic images or accounts of physical trauma.
Imaging containing nudity, obscene, or profane language.
Imaging that promotes cruelty or gratuitous violence towards animals.

ORDERING:

PAYMENTS (PAYPAL):

We recommend using PayPal as our preferred payment method. You'll have the option to check out via PayPal or as a “Guest,” using your credit or debit card. Opting for the “Guest” checkout means PayPal is acting as the card processing agent for your purchase. GROUP DISCOUNTS:

We're delighted to offer discounts for larger orders exceeding US$2,000.00 that are shipped to a single address. Please note that this group discount applies only to non-sale items; items on sale will not be counted toward the required total of US$2,000.00. Once we receive an order that qualifies for this discount, we will issue a refund equivalent to 10% of the total purchase price, excluding shipping. It's important to highlight that this discount is applicable to a single order being shipped to a single location, with no exceptions. ORDER CANCELLATION:

FAST TRACK QUILTS & TARPS: Fast Track items ship in 1 to 2 business days. Orders can be canceled with a full refund if the item hasn't shipped. Once shipped, the Return Policy applies.

MADE TO ORDER QUILTS & TARPS: Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placement, with a full refund. After 72 hours and before production, cancellations incur a 10% fee covering processing costs and special order materials. Once in production, changes are possible before shipping, but a 20% fee applies to cover time and materials invested. After shipping, the Return Policy applies.

ORDER CHANGES:

Adjustments can be made before production, with a $5.00usd administrative fee. If in production, changes incur a 10% fee. After shipping, the Return Policy applies.

MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED ORDERS:

Inspect for missing/damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Report to sales@ugqoutdoor.com for resolution.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

Unclaimed orders returned to us can be re-shipped with additional charges. If not re-shipped, a 20% restocking fee applies, in addition to non-refundable shipping charges.

RETURNS:

Within 14 Days of Ship Date: For a full refund of the purchase price, deducting a 20% restocking charge, or for an in-store credit, deducting a 10% restocking fee. The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approval from UGQ Outdoor LLC is required before returning any item. All returns must be in their original, unused condition. Upon receipt of the return, a refund will be issued, deducting the applicable restocking fee, or an in-store credit will be provided.

Between 14 and 60 Days from Ship Date: In-store credit is offered, deducting a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approval from UGQ Outdoor LLC is required before returning any item. All returns must be in their original, unused condition. Upon receipt of the return, an in-store credit will be issued, deducting the restocking fee.

After 60 Days from Ship Date: Returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, email sales@ugqoutdoor.com with your request before mailing the product. The return must be sent within 7 days of approval. No returns will be accepted without approval, or if the item was shipped more than 7 days after approval. Each item can only be returned once per order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. All returns must be in like-new condition and include a printed copy of the original order for identification.

First 30 Days from Ship Date – Error or Defect: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Repair or replacement, at our discretion, will be provided at no additional expense to the buyer.

Made To Order Quilts and Tarps with Special Fabrics: Quilts and tarps ordered with OutdoorINK®, PRYM1®, or HEXCAM® are not returnable unless due to an error on our part or a defect in the product.

Custom Orders: Custom orders, defined as those with special features, sizing, or fabrics not available directly on the website, cannot be returned for any reason other than an error or defect in the product.
